My 1 Week Trip to Sabah #travelwithjee

we made it this time to KK (Kota Kinabalu) , Sabah & we did discover lots of places we should have been to. Of course we enjoyed ourselves but not forgotten to share this story with all of you out there too. Let's begin. :)

we woke up at 4 in the morning, yes 4am. We showered and luggage were all set & ready to load on my sister's friend car.

yupe, thats the car...pretty convenient huh?

after loading our stuffs into the car & we were ready to take off or drive off hahahaha... we used land so drive lol!

we leaved home exactly 5.30 in the morning, yes 5.30am [hahaha again...] I had mixed feeling like you know happy + anxious + nervous + excited + etc. 😆

I need to take medication [sound serious right?]. It was for my health [sound serious right?],hahaha... I had a serious CAR SICK problem. Like seriously SERIOUS!!!!!

we started our journey right @ 5.30 in the morning [early morning]

we used up about 9 hours just to reach Sabah cause we did pit-stop at certain area to eat lunch or used their toilets and so...

finally we reach our apartment [AirBnB] super convenient especially if you travel with a bunch of friends or family.

we check-in to the apartment where we'll be staying throughout the week and yes we stayed there for a week [7 days]

after we placed all our belongings in the apartment and what we did at the first placed is go out and find a place to fill our empty stomach!!!

we went to mall and decide to eat Japanese food and we end eating @ Sushi Zanmai

somehow, we didn't know that they'll charged us for using the wet tissue and I'm the one who distributed the tissue to all of us 

😐 😒 i am a little bit pissed off tho.

after our in between lunch & dinner feast we went for some shopping

so i managed to capture my #OOTD for the day

our breakfast of the day was @ the shop named 

MEE SUP PIPIN

tried one of their recommended menu & i personally love it

the taste was good and the broth was not thick and it match the noodles perfect 😄 will definitely come back next time

the sun was hot but the lighting was perfect tho!

after an hour ++ [if not mistaken] of drive and here we are

they even sell cheese made from the cow's milk 😮

i think we bought the TOMA cheese

let's enjoy the view 😎

when we start went down the hills, it started fogging and actually it was pretty dangerous for people to went down during fogging cause scared might cause accident or so

so better you went down hill earlier than this happened even worse or stay up there in their chalet 😊

we also went to Kundasang War Memorial

and the view up there also pretty breathtaking

you'll felt at peace 😜

our dinner served pretty late cause tons of people were here to eat seafood BUT the food "ma ma dei" 👌 [okay okay]

their cutlery also carve their restaurant name 👍

pretty awesome memories is that we sneak out for the POOL

but actually it's over time for us to use the pool

but we still want to try it out hahaha!

we're ready for ISLAND HOPPING & we decide to go for

MAMUTIK ISLAND

forgot which one but the island was near to each other lol

what a beautiful day for island hopping!

no kidding ...  SUPER CLEAR SEA WATER!

rent a snorkeling mask for MYR 5 [if i'm not mistaken]

some broken so choose wisely hahaha!

i supposed this shot is awesome pretty but i just didn't know why my mom want to capture that 2 person into my frame... anyway it shows us lots of people were there right ? hahahah!

you'll have to pay for the island entrance fee too 

it wasn't a good day to stay too long for island hopping hahaha cause after we returned on shore the skies just burst down in tears

we went back to our apartment to change cause we still have half day to spent well hahah but we didn't know where to "waste" our time and we just went to one of their mall named OCEANUS [if not mistaken] and it's new so some shops were not open yet BUT we even did furniture shopping during our holiday [how cool was that?]

after that we went to one of the famous mall in Sabah named IMAGO and no joke... lots of people there and we did shop for food to cook some @ our apartment!

my dinner that day cause i don't know what to eat 😑

we bought some sushi to eat hahaha!

another day another journey YES!

but we just enjoy our day cause we checked our featured destination already.

to be honest we also did this shopping & bought some back

hahaha! NO JOKE! we even brought 1 basin back [like what?]

the days where we had free time i went on the gym to try their facilities and ... 👍 worth to try!

ooppsss... forgot to share the toilet demo's floor idea @ the BIG BATH

we went to try UPPERSTAR for lunch and whats awesome is that

WESTERN FOOD + SUPER AFFORDABLE PRICE

i'm dying!

we also went to a therapy centre which used blind therapist to foot massage or body massage and they did a pretty good job.

we visit their food court which actually hides an AWESOME BREATHTAKING view right outside of it!

before we head home the next day we decide to visit another recommended places and it's the newly opened

SABANDAR LEISURE RIDES & LOK KAWI WILDLIFE AND BIRD PARK

after take a look of the REAL mangrove tree park we decided to try on their food and this was one of them

i think it called AYAM MASAK LIHING
