Review - Maybelline V-Face Duo Stick

Hi Hi Hi...! [short but useful review coming through]

Today I am going to review about this product & I will be honest about the product that I've tried.

This product is actually by Maybelline named V-Face duo stick speciality as product to contour face and sculpting (i supposed) hahaha! 

In my opinion, this product shade is not suitable on me cause it wasn't dark enough although it was the darkest shade amongst two that available in-store. This product have both the dark brown shade (contour) and the light pearl shade (highlight) and to me it's pretty convenient to use and also for traveling! 

GOOD

- convenient to bring

- 2 in 1 (contour + highlight)

- easy to use

- buildable

BAD

- shade didn't suit me

- need to learn the technique to use this

HERMO Mini Haul

yes, i decided to shop @ Hermo MY with budget of RM 150 [inc. GST] and I MADE IT! I even purchased a total of 4 items & 1 of them I tried before but I bought different shades.

Most of us nowadays were pretty common with DRUGSTORE products cause some of them were actually super good to use and worth the money.

Example skincare, cosmetics, sanitaries, medical, etc...

I've tried a brand originally produce by Watsons itself called Water 360 & I tried the cleanser, lotion & mist.

recently i purchased these brushes from a seller through a very convenient shopping heaven

now let's dive into my new brushes heaven / collection hahahahahahah!

Well today i'm going to talk about the 11 pieces makeup brushes... yay!!!! ~.<

The brushes hair made from synthetic fibre hair [shall i categories like so?] hahaha something like that ya...

I'm not lying... it is really soft even at first I was testing by my hand but when I tried out on my face it's just... [why waste money for expensive brush ?] question came out from my mind!

Of course i'm not saying you shall not buy expensive brushes but for beginner / tight budget kind of person [i'm one of them] you can give this a try like it won't cost you a lot thou

Quality tip-top !

Pick up products like it should be and can compare with pricey brushes too :)

Soft bristles and it dense in a way of fibre but not like goat hair or so... [you get me..]

Comes with a pouch which is really easy for you to bring it for traveling !

11 pieces with face brushes & eye brushes which was so very complete for your brushes collection girl !!!!!

Kabuki style brushes / stippling kind of brushes

Even comes with flat top brush !

LAKMÉ | Curling Mascara | Eyeconic | Lipstick | Enrich Satin 353

It's normal when talk about drugstore brands for example L'Oréal, Maybelline, Revlon and so on. But currently there was this brand name kept popping up once it's open on market and it is Lakmé ...

So for those who might not know Lakmé brand, i'm going to do some "elaborating" on this brand for you guys! ~.<

Lakmé is an Indian cosmetics brand which is owned by Hindustan Unilever

and run by CEO Puskharaj Shenai.

Lakmé ranked Number 1 among cosmetics brand in India and their

ambassador is Shraddha Kapoor.

It was named after the French opera Lakmé, which itself is the French form of Lakshmi (the goddess of wealth) who is renowned for her beauty.

So basically that was a short introduction for this brand.

Now we are going to do a review on it's product which is mascara & lipstick!

Before I purchased the mascara, i purchased their lipstick first! >.< 

--hahahahaha -.-

Now, I have their lipstick in the shade of Enrich Satin [353] which is more to like dark maroon color.

let me show you some picture of it....

with flash it turns out this color :)

Then, I purchased their mascara which is a very awesome one! [yay!]

let me show you some picture of it....

this mascara named eye-co-nic [as shown on the packaging]

even the product itself has a curve design which really shows how it's work :)

the wand has a curve on it which helps a lot during applying mascara to the upper lashes :)

Review time :)

Lipstick :- the texture of the lipstick itself more to like moisturizing but it glides well too which made the application easier than you thought [for darker shade of lipstick]
- also the color pigmentation were made for a "build up" kind of style which means like for the first layer the color did not just turns out dark as it should but you can slowly build up and get the color you wanted :) [i shall describe like so...hahaha...hope you understand!]
- the lipstick takes off quiet easily but with lots of layer "build up" it cannot easily come off because it kind of building that layer of "defend" on your lips ~.<

Mascara :- it won't dries easily [which you must take your time to let it dry instead of directly blink you eyes right after the application] which is kind of annoying [maybe also because it's still new]
- you can use business card during application which safe you hahaha!
- this product also can be build up and it does what it said which curlllll you lashes instantly
- it's black enough to give you that full lashes effect even you don't curl your lashes using eye lash curler :) [trust me, it worked]
